Enrollment
2013-14 School Year

All new Kindergarten-5th grade students living in the Eliot district, will enroll in August before school begins.  If you have received an accepted transfer for the 2013-14 school year, you will also enroll in August.  

The enrollment dates will be posted at a later date.        

Please bring the following documents when you enroll at Eliot:

Birth Certificate
Immunization Record
Social Security Card or number
Proof of residency (PSO/ONG bill, lease, contract on new home)
Transfers - Transfer Letter & Proof of Residency
Custody documents if child does not live with both parents
    listed on the Birth Certificate
