Rani Smith is the 2025-2026 Eliot Elementary Teacher of the Year!
Rani joined Team Tulsa in 2021 and has taught first grade at Eliot for four years.
"I began teaching as a way to impact my own children's education," she said. "I love working with all ages and getting to know their families and the community. Eliot has the best teachers and staff, they make coming to school a joy."
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
